GIAKOUMAKIS Consulting Engineers was established on Crete in 2007 as a new business unit of M. GIAKOUMAKIS LTD with the aim of providing a high level of engineering & consulting services.

M. GIAKOUMAKIS LTD, a leading company in the field of real estate and investments in Crete, was founded in 1991 as a continuation of the many years of experience of Michalis Giakoumakis in the field of real estate, with its expansion in the field of buildings and constructions, the entry of new executives and expansion of its business cycle. Specifically, it was one of the first companies nationwide to deal with holiday homes for Greek and foreign buyers. Since 1999, the company specializes in providing consulting services in the field of real estate investments and in managing the real estate portfolio for its clients.
